Questions to Get Started
Is the trend of replacement rent rising or declining?
- To identify the trend in replacement rent, refer to the 'Replacement Rent' chart on the right. If the bars are growing taller over time, the trend is increasing; if they're getting shorter, it's declining.
Is a particular care type significantly affecting the replacement rent data?
- To examine whether a specific Care Type disproportionately influences the replacement rent data, select each Care Type from the left panel and observe the 'Replacement Rent' chart. If the chart becomes noticeably more negative for a particular Care Type, that category may be significantly skewing the data.
