Reporting Enhancements

We've added a new Analytics section within the Reporting module to provide more robust reporting capabilities. A few key additions include:

• Interactive grids with advanced filtering, sorting, and grouping capabilities.
• Flexible row management options including grouping, selection, and expansion.
• Ability to export report output to .csv or Excel for in-depth analysis.

Improved eCheck Validation

The duplicate eCheck validation process has been enhanced to prevent errors caused by using a single paper check for multiple eCheck payments. This is targeted towards reducing payment errors and increasing customer confidence.

Enhanced Process for ACH Web Authorization in ExpressPay

A new process for obtaining and retaining web authorizations for ACH payments. This ensures compliance with applicable requirements and efficient payment dispute resolution.

Aline Help Center

The Aline Help Center is now available in Aline Payments! To access the Help Center, click on the launcher icon located at the bottom of your screen:

• Use the search bar to type in keywords related to your query. The Help Center will provide relevant articles and answers based on your search. You can also explore the knowledge base without leaving Aline Revenue. 
• Access Aline Academy (eLearning). 
• Can't find what you're looking for? No problem! Contact our Support Team directly from the Help Center panel.
