We are excited to announce the rebranding of the Aline Payments! This comprehensive visual update modernizes the user interface and experience while maintaining all existing functionality and workflows that you rely on daily. This update focuses on a fresh, modern UI/UX.

Key Changes:
- A visual Refresh including a new color palette, typography, and imagery style has been introduced to create a more contemporary and cohesive visual identity.
- The rebranded portal is fully responsive, ensuring a seamless experience across various devices and screen sizes.
- A drag and drop Payments Dashboard allows users to easily reorder dashboard widgets and components with intuitive visual feedback during interactions.
- Ability to lock ExpressPay accounts added.
- Recurring Payments Report enhanced.

New Features and Enhancements
Visual Refresh
The modernized design provides a more engaging and intuitive experience for Aline Payments users. The optimized layout and iconography enable easier navigation and content discovery.

Payments Dashboard
We have introduced interactive drag-and-drop capabilities that allow users to easily reorder dashboard widgets and components with intuitive visual feedback during interactions.

Lock ExpressPay Accounts
Administrators can now lock user accounts directly from Aline Payments to restrict access to ExpressPay for residents and responsible parties when necessary.

Recurring Payments Report Enhancement
The Recurring Payments report now displays how each transaction was authorized, either digitally or through paper forms. This clear tracking creates a stronger audit trail by documenting the exact authorization method for every payment. Users can easily identify which transactions used digital authorization and which used traditional paper forms, providing complete transparency for auditing purposes.
Transaction Report Enhancement
The transaction report now includes PDF documentation of digital authorizations.Digital authorization documents are automatically attached as PDFs to eachapplicable transaction. This significant enhancement allows users to access and review the complete digital authorization records directly within the transaction report.
