It provides insights into the overall occupancy levels within the senior living facility and is an important metric for evaluating its performance and planning.

Percentage of Residency Days    

By community, Independent Living resident days divided by Capacity.

Total Days of Occupancy    

By community, the sum of the number of days for Independent Living residents is in the community.

Rent Roll Rate

Total revenue in the month based on the effective date for: 

[ Room Rate + Care Rate + Secondary Care / Average Occupancy ].
