In this article, we will review the assessed vs billed care variances.
Assessed vs Billed Care Variances
Step 1: Select the appropriate community.
Step 2: Click the Community tab at the top of the Resident Management homepage.

Step 3: Use the Please Select a Community window to find the appropriate community.

Step 4: On the Community page, scroll down to the Resident Assessed vs Billed Care Variance section of the page.
Step 5: Click on the resident’s name.

Step 6: This will direct you to the Synchronize Care page, where you can synchronize the amount Billed with the amount Assessed.
Step 7: Indicate the Effective Date for the synchronization as either the Process Date or the Assessed Date.
Step 8: Provide a note, then click Submit.
